Pulled Chicken in Crock Pot
One of my favorite go to chicken recipes for a fix and forget it delicious meal Love the versatility of pulled chicken for sandwiches, sliders or an entrée.

Ingredients
  • 1cup chopped onion
  • 1tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 bottle chili sauce12-ounce
  • 1tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1/2teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2cup fat-free chicken broth
  • 2pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
  1. In 3 1/2-6-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and cook on HIGH about 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
  3. Remove chicken breasts and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to crock pot.

Terrific Tip: Chili sauce is found where ketchup is in the grocery. If you want to substitute ketchup for chili sauce, add 1 teaspoon chili powder to ketchup.
