Ingredients
  • 1cup chopped onion
  • 1/2teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2cup chili sauce
  • 1tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1teaspoon cocoa
  • 1/2teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2cup fat-free chicken broth
  • 2cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast
Instructions
  1. In nonstick pot coated with nonstick cooking spray, sauté onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients except chicken, stirring. Cook about 7 minutes.

  2. Add chicken and continue cooking until well heated.
