Ingredients
  • 1cup riceuncooked
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2cup medium noodles
  • 3cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In large nonstick pot coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown rice in butter, stirring.
  2. Add noodles, broth, salt, and pepper. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat, and cook, covered, for 20-30 minutes, or until rice and noodles are done.
