Salsa Vinaigrette
A few ingredients magically create this great-tasting vinaigrette. Save any leftover vinaigrette for another time. I use this vinaigrette on lots of southwestern salads and the Salsa Vinaigrette perfectly complements the southwest chicken taco salad recipe.
Ingredients
  • 1cup salsa
  • 2teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1tablespoon lime juice
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
