Shrimp Cocktail Spread
The name “shrimp cocktail” is always a head turner, and this dip combines all the cocktail parts into one zesty spread. It is ideal for a gathering—make ahead and refrigerate until ready to serve. The colorful presentation is a holiday favorite.

Ingredients
  • 2 packages fat-free cream cheesesoftened, 8-ounce
  • 1tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 bottle cocktail sauce12-ounce
  • 1/2cup sliced green onions
  • 2cups cookedpeeled small shrimp
  • 2tablespoons minced parsley
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, blend cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and hot pepper sauce until creamy. Spread on the bottom of a 9-inch serving plate.
  2. Cover cream cheese mixture with the cocktail sauce, sprinkle with green onions, shrimp, and parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
