Slow Cooker Salmon
The slow cooker solves the time issue of waiting and watching salmon. Put it on for 2 hours and impress with a personal packet of moist salmon with wonderful sweet savory seasoning. Yes, it really works!

Ingredients
  • 4pieces salmonskinned removed, 4-6-ounce
  • 4 large squares heavy duty foil
  • 2tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1teaspoon paprika
  • 1teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Lay each piece of salmon in center of piece of foil twice size of salmon. In small bowl, mix together all the seasonings. Cover salmon with seasoning and mound up seasoning on top. Bring up sides of foil over salmon so edges meet and crimp to make contained packet.
  2. In 3 ½-6-quart slow cooker, put foil packets into dry slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH about 2 hours or until salmon flakes with fork.
