Southwestern Guacamole
Spicy jalapeños, red onion, corn, and cheese spruce up guacamole. This speedy dip makes an appetizing snack in a snap.
Ingredients
  • 1cup coarsely chopped avocadosabout 2
  • 2tablespoons –3lime juice
  • 1/2cup frozen cornthawed
  • 1/3cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/3cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3cup shredded jalapeño Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1teaspoon chopped jalapenofound in jar
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In bowl, combine avocados and lime juice. Stir in remaining ingredients.
