Ingredients
  • 2(10-ounce) packages frozenchopped spinach
  • 1cup salsa
  • 4ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1(5-ounce) can evaporated skim milk
  • 1cup shreddedreduced-fat, Swiss or Alpine Lace cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well.

  2. In medium nonstick pot, combine spinach and remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted
