Ingredients
  • 1 can chopped tomatoesdrained, 28-ounce
  • 1 can Southwestern corndrained, 11-ounce
  • 1 avocadochopped
  • 1/3cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2tablespoons finely chopped jarred jalapenos
  • 2tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4cup chopped fresh cilantrooptional
  • Tortilla Chipsrecipe follows

  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with homemade Tortilla Chips (see recipe below).
