Ingredients
- 1 3/4 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 package taco seasoning 1-ounce
- 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes 14 1/2-ounce
- 1 can tomatoes and green chilies 10-ounce
- 2 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 12 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed, 15-ounce

Instructions
- In large nonstick pan, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is done. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomatoes and green chilies and broth; bring to a boil
- Add pasta stirring to combine. Return to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook about 10-14 minutes or until pasta is done. Stir in beans and heat.
