Tzatziki  Sauce
A classic Greek and Turkish creamy sauce that also makes a great dip.
Ingredients
  • 1cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 peeled and seeded finely diced cucumber
  • 1teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
  1. 1.In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
