Ingredients
  • 2cups watermelon small chunks or balls
  • 1cup cantaloupe small chunks or balls
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 2tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1teaspoon chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4cup reduced-fat feta cheese
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, combine watermelon and cantaloupe.

  2. In small bowl, mix together lemon juice, honey, mint and basil. Season to taste. Toss with watermelon mixture and refrigerate until serving. Add feta to melon salad right before serving
