- 1 loaf French bread 16-ounce, whole wheat may also be used
- 1 pieces large head romaine lettuce torn into
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups grilled or leftover cooked chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Ingredients

- Hollow out inside of French bread. Discard extra bread and set aside.
- In bowl, combine lettuce, cheese, chicken.
- In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss mixtures together, stuff into each hollow bread section.
