Tasty Chicken Sandwich For Caesar Salad Lovers

Take your sandwich game to a whole new level with Holly’s Chicken Caesar Sandwich Recipe. It is just what you expect – quick and simple deliciousness tucked into French bread. Such a fun, portable twist on a vintage classic especially if you LOVE Caesar salad. Chicken Caesar Sandwich
Turn left over chicken into a super sandwich. The loaf of bread is easier to hollow out if you cut it into six servings first.
Servings 6 sandwiches
Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread 16-ounce, whole wheat may also be used
  • 1 pieces large head romaine lettuce torn into
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups grilled or leftover cooked chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Servings 6 sandwiches

Instructions
  1. Hollow out inside of French bread. Discard extra bread and set aside.
  2. In bowl, combine lettuce, cheese, chicken.
  3. In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss mixtures together, stuff into each hollow bread section.
