- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 10-12 ounces ahi tuna 1-inch thick
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
- 4 flour tortillas
- Wasabi Cream see recipe
Ingredients

- Heat oil in pan until hot. Season tuna on both sides and add to hot pan. Sear for 1 minute per side or until fish is cooked on the outside, but rare inside. Set aside.
- Heat tortillas in microwave with a damp paper towel to cover for 30 seconds. Fill tortillas with tuna, top with Wasabi Cream and salsa of choice.
