- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups cold skim milk
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon butter extract

Instructions
- In nonstick pot, mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt together. Add skim milk, stirring well.
- Over medium heat, bring to boil. Lower heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla, and butter extract.
