Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 bananas sliced, optional

Instructions
- In large bowl, whisk together both flours, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, buttermilk, egg, oil, and brown sugar and pour into dry ingredients. Mix until just combined and do not over mix.
- Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat with nonstick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and cook until bubbles. Flip pancakes and cook other side until golden brown.
- Serve each pancake with sliced bananas, if desired.
