Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup picante sauce or salsa
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion

- Sprinkle chicken with cumin. In large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown chicken on both sides. Top with sliced onions and picante sauce.
- Cook, covered, over medium-low heat 25-30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- In small bowl mix yogurt and flour. Lower heat and gradually add yogurt to pan, heating but do not boil. Sprinkle with green onions.
