Ingredients
- 4 pieces salmon skinned removed, 4-6-ounce
- 4 large squares heavy duty foil
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Lay each piece of salmon in center of piece of foil twice size of salmon. In small bowl, mix together all the seasonings. Cover salmon with seasoning and mound up seasoning on top. Bring up sides of foil over salmon so edges meet and crimp to make contained packet.
- In 3 ½-6-quart slow cooker, put foil packets into dry slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH about 2 hours or until salmon flakes with fork.
