Quick and Easy Boiled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 hard boiled eggs whites only, chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 can small white beans rinsed and drained, 15-ounce
  • 3 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons greek nonfat plain yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste
