- 1 8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 14-ounce package fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon rind grated
- 9 inch graham cracker crust prepared

- In mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy and stir in lemon rind.
- Transfer to graham cracker crust and refrigerate pie until firm for about 4 hours.
