Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano leaves dried
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves dried

Instructions
- In large nonstick skillet, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and pepper flakes 4 minutes or until almost tender. Add chicken broth and cook until liquid has evaporated, about 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes to skillet, bring to boil, lower heat and cook 5 minutes.
- Add oregano and basil, cook on medium heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
