- 1 1/4 pounds baking potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 1/4 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In large pot, bring potatoes and enough water to cover to a boil. Boil 20 -25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain potatoes and transfer to a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mash potatoes until creamy.
