Best Of 2014 Favorite Holiday Recipes!

All year I am asked over and over to share my best holiday recipes, but there are a certain few that I would say are my “MOST requested.” Hopefully, these easy favorites will save you cooking time during this busy holiday season. It has been my pleasure cooking and sharing with you this year, so as a thank you for spending your time with me each month I want to give you the Best of 2014.

Best Holiday Recipes are trim & terrific, of course!

Candied Pecan Brie – An all time favorite of Best Holiday Recipes

Watch me make my Candied Pecan Brie from KITCHEN 101 (my easiest cookbook) which is a forever favorite, especially this time of the year when you need a quick, fancy-ish appetizer for all those holiday parties – YUM! This might be my best holiday recipe but all one that I make most year round!  And, if you want to watch how easy it is to make, click here.

Best holiday recipe Easy Red Velvet Berry Trifle

Easy Red Velvet Berry Trifle

And if you know me, then you know I always have to have dessert and my favorite right now might have to be the Easy Red Velvet Cake (or Trifle)  from Gulf Coast Favorites because it combines the chocolaty goodness of red velvet with the sweet and tart berries for a healthy, simple to make, no-wrong-way to do it dessert!

Last, another party favorite, Olive Cheese Cocktail Bread from Too Hot in the Kitchen cookbook.  Here’s the best holiday recipe that will delight your vegetarian friends.  I love this easy-to-make recipe as I ALWAYS make it ahead of time, freeze in zip-top freezer bags  to pull out when needed.  This six ingredient recipe with olives, cheese, and green onions  literally melts in your mouth.  I have used miniature rye, pumpernickel or white bread–the choice is yours.
