- 1 can reduced-fat crescent rolls 8-ounce
- 12 ounces ground breakfast turkey sausage
- 1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes thawed
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

- Preheat oven 375°F. Coat 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Press triangles together (points toward the center) to form crust on pizza pan. Bottom crust should be sealed and crimp outside edges of dough to form a rim. Crust will not cover to end of pan.
- In large nonstick skillet, cook sausage until done, and crumble. Drain. Top prepared dough with sausage, potatoes, and cheese.
- In bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, egg whites and season to taste. Carefully and slowly pour egg mixture evenly over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with green onions. Bake 25 minutes or until crust is browned.
