Why We Wrote Eating Well Through Cancer Cookbook for Cancer Patients
A cookbook for cancer patients designed to help better tolerate treatment and also healthy recipes for survivors. I also valued taste, simplicity, availability of ingredients and preparation time. Still, today, this book is one of the only books written for people going through treatment. This cookbook has a focuses on recipes for cancer patients but recipes that everyone in the family can eat. Fatigue can also be an issue and I have food to keep up your strength while going through treatment. Most importantly, you will find healthy recipes for cancer survivors as well as for patients going through treatment.
My Dad Was Diagnosed with Cancer So A Cancer Cookbook Became Very Personal To Me
My father was diagnosed with cancer so I personally experienced what a cookbook for cancer patients needed to include. I also better understood the importance of food and appetite during treatment. I tested many recipes on him. He had larynx cancer so Sore Mouth Chapter included healthy recipes for needed most during treatment.
