Perfect to serve for game days, holidays or for an afternoon snack. Get creative and serve as a salad or a dip. Try using bell pepper squares and cucumber rounds for your chips to add veggies and lower simple carbohydrate intake! Fiesta Salsa

Servings 20 (1/4 cup) servings
Ingredients
  • 2 avocados peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes quartered, or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies drained
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
Servings 20 (1/4 cup) servings
