- 3 cups low-sodium fat free vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 14 1/2-ounce can chopped tomatoes
- 1 14 3/4-ounce can cream style corn
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 16-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup rice uncooked

- In large pot coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook onion, and garlic, 5–7 minutes.
- Add broth, tomatoes, corn, Worcestershire and bring to boil. Add rice and reduce heat; cooking 15 minutes or until rice tender. Season to taste
