Enjoy Quality Time with Easy Kids Dessert Recipes
I love cooking with my grandkids because it gives us so much quality time together. The best part about it is I can provide a fun educational experience for them too! You may not realize how much kids are learning when they are cooking. First, they are learning math through their measurements. In this easy kids dessert recipe, they have to be able to count out the wafer cones as well as measure tablespoons and teaspoons of ingredients. Knowing how to do this will provide your children with very important life skills as food is life! They will learn patience while the ice cream cone cakes are cooking and cooling as well as how to take turns when cooking with siblings.
