Now, March Madness Basketball is in full swing and I wanted to share my March Madness party ideas. March Madness food to me is still about healthy easy recipes!! I had a fun time cooking my delicious healthy Hamburger Dip with Glen Big Baby Davis and that’s one of my favorite healthy meat dips. I don’t often cook with a basketball star and it was fun showing him how to make his favorite meals healthier. Davis might be bigger than me but I am definitely better in the kitchen. Since both of us are from Louisiana with an interest in healthy cooking that actually made us a perfect match! Fun Cooking My Easy Healthy Recipes for March Madness Party Ideas
All of these March Madness basketball games have me in the mood for this mouth-watering healthy Hamburger Dip. This dip tops my list of March Madness party idea recipes. This easy appetizer is so good, and kids of ALL ages will love it! I had so much fun cooking with basketball pro and LSU star athlete, Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis, and he kept us laughing in the kitchen. - 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 16-ounce jar salsa
- 1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
- 1 8-ounce package reduced-fat Mexican blend cheese shredded
Ingredients

- In nonstick pot, cook meat, mushrooms over medium heat 5–7 minutes, until meat is well browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add salsa, cheese, stirring over medium heat and cook until cheese is melted.
