- 4 hard boiled eggs whites only, chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 1 can small white beans rinsed and drained, 15-ounce
- 3 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons greek nonfat plain yogurt
- salt and pepper to taste
