- 1 16-5 ounce roll + 4 ounces of another chocolate chip slice-and-bake cookie dough
- 1 8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites

Instructions
- Preheat oven 350°F. Coat 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Press one cookie dough roll into bottom of pan; set aside
- In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add egg whites, mixing well. Carefully pour on top cookie crust. Crumble remaining 4 ounces cookie dough over cream cheese layer. Bake 25-30 minute or until filling set and top done.
