- 1 pound fresh or frozen cut okra
- 1 cup corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies 10-ounce
- 1 can white navy beans rinsed and drained, 15-ounce

- In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and stir-fry okra several minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cook, covered, over low heat 15 minutes or until okra is tender and stir occasionally. Season to taste.
