Oven Baked Risotto Is Way To Go For Time Efficient, Delicious Oven Risotto Recipe

Oven Baked Risotto recipe makes cooking risotto so easy.  Who has time to stand over the stove stirring and stirring to get a creamy risotto recipe?  With this easy oven risotto recipe from Holly’s KITCHEN 101 cookbook, this favorite Italian rice dish makes a quick dinner. If you’re not even sure what risotto is, let’s start there. Risotto is a popular northern Italian rice dish cooked in a broth on top the stove until creamy.  Then, you can add whatever you want to the risotto recipe.  This is a go to quick healthy easy recipe. Serve it as a side or add chicken with a few other ingredients for a delicious Chicken Risotto recipe.  You’ll adore this easy oven risotto!

No Stir Risotto
This quick cooking easy no stir risotto recipe will become a family favorite. Serve as a side or entree. Either way, you'll love the flavor and flexibility with the recipe.
Servings 5 (1 cup) servings
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 1/2 cups low-sodium fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 400 F°

  2. In 13x9x2-inch baking dish, mix together butter, broth, rice, onion and season to taste. Bake, covered, 35 minutes. Remove from oven and fluff rice with fork.
