Nothing beats football season and my hamburger cheese dip.  My kids, my brother and my husband always request my Cheeseburger Dip and they have for as long as I can remember.  I always am eager to make the easy hamburger dip from KITCHEN 101 because it is only 4 ingredients and I usually already have them at home. Besides, I am one of these that enjoys meat dip recipes and especially a healthy meat dip that’s simple to prepare.  I’m ready to heat up this simple burger dip when it is time for football food!



This Hamburger Cheese Dip is SO easy to whip up that you can prepare it for all your sports viewing party’s. Truly, I think this easy cheeseburger dip recipe is one of my most requested recipes and especially by men! Also, another popular dip this time of year is my Chili Con Queso from KITCHEN 101.   I created a healthy easy recipe for this southwestern favorite cheese dip.

Easy Cheeseburger Dip Recipe from KITCHEN 101 

Satisfying and simple four ingredient quick-fix hamburger cheese dip recipe. Serve with your favorite chips.

Makes 20 (1/4-cup) servings

1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1 (16-ounce) jar salsa
1 (8-ounce) package shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese

1. In nonstick pot, cook meat and mushrooms over medium heat 5–7 minutes or until meat done. Drain excess fat.
2. Add salsa and cheese and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
