Now, I would say KITCHEN 101 is my easiest cookbook. I also have a best-selling cancer cookbook with recipes for cancer patients and cancer prevention. My arthritis cookbook includes arthritis diet recipes with a focus or simple anti inflammatory recipes for an anti-inflammatory diet.  I appeared on The 700 Club with my arthritis cookbook and everyone raved about the easy recipes.
