Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets skin removed, 6-ounce
- 4 large squares heavy duty foil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt divided
- 4 slices thin onion rings
- 4 teaspoons olive oil divided
- 4 teaspoons light brown sugar divided
- 8 tablespoons lite beer divided
- 4 teaspoons olive oil divided
- 4 teaspoons light brown sugar divided
- 8 tablespoons lite beer divided

Instructions
- Place each salmon fillet in middle of large foil square. Sprinkle each with 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, top with one sliced onion, 1 teaspoon olive oil, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
- Pour 2 tablespoons beer around each fillet, not on top of salmon. Fold up foil into pouches.
- Grill 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and eat directly out of the foil.
