Stuffed Artichoke Casserole from KITCHEN 101 Tops Some of my Easiest Thanksgiving Recipes

I couldn’t wait so share with you one of my favorite recipes from KITCHEN 101: Secrets to Cooking Confidence . This artichoke hearts recipe has all the delicious flavors of a stuffed artichoke but without the fuss. Effortless and fabulous!  Truly, this is one of my FAVORITE artichoke recipes! I make this recipe ahead of time because I can freeze it.  Then, I have another recipe crossed off my list. This is definitely one of my easy recipes.

Stuffed Artichoke Casserole from KITCHEN 101  Favorite  of Easy Artichoke Recipes                                     

No fuss with stuffing! Mix all the ingredients in one skillet and close your eyes and you will think you are eating the best stuffed artichoke recipe ever.  However, it really is an all in one baked stuffed artichoke casserole. Outstanding and so simple!

Makes 4 ( 1 cup) servings

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 1/2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 cup fat-free chicken broth
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1/4-1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until tender. Add stuffing, oregano and basil and mix until combined. Add chicken broth and artichokes, carefully mixing.
2. Add cheese stirring until heated and well mixed. Then, transfer to serving dish.

Terrific Tip: Prepare ahead of time and transfer to a baking dish. Heat in 350°F oven 20 minutes or until heated. For vegetarian version, substitute vegetable broth.

The Chocolate Peanut Butter Trifle is an easy layered dessert made in a trifle bowl and it makes an out-of-this-world treat. Guests will be raving about for years to come!  I get my older kids to whip up this dessert because I usually make it during the holidays.

Truly, it is a year round first choice dessert.  This makes a great holiday dessert because it seems I am always short of oven space with all the cooking. Plus, it is make ahead dessert!
