Easy Anti-Inflammatory Diet Recipes Just Healthy Easy Recipes

What are some easy anti-inflammatory diet recipes? Can you prepare arthritis diet recipes? With millions of Americans faced with daily pain from swollen joints and inflammation associated with arthritis, I decided to write an arthritis cookbook. This book focuses on healthy easy arthritis recipes like my simple Kale Salad with Fruity Vinaigrette or my delicious Salsa Chicken recipe. I created simple, delicious recipes to help fight inflammation.  I also understood the importance of  giving people easy anti-inflammatory diet recipes on my healthy food blog. We know a variety of foods are important to include in an anti-inflammatory recipe and are also good for eating healthy. I had so much fun cooking up simple, delicious anti-inflammatory diet recipes at WWL-TV in New Orleans.  I knew immediately which recipe to prepare on TV.  One of my easiest and most popular recipes in my arthritis cookbook is Salsa Chicken. This quick Mexican chicken dish includes salsa and only four ingredients. Serve over rice to take advantage of the tasty southwestern sauce.

Looking for edamame dip recipes? The edamame guacamole recipe is a combination of avocado and edamame making a wonderful delicious, nutritious dip. I like to serve this easy avocado dip recipe with fresh veggies or chips. It has only 2 Weight watcher points.
Servings 10 (1/4 cup) servings
Ingredients
  • 1 cup large avocado (about 2/3 mashed)
  • 1 1/2 cups shelled edamame thawed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste
Servings 10 (1/4 cup) servings
Ingredients
