How to Make my Easy Diabetic Peanut Butter Cookies
To get that classic peanut butter cookie mark on the top of the cookie, all you need to do is use a floured fork. Press the floured fork down on the top of the dough before baking the Diabetic Peanut Butter Cookies. If you need a flourless peanut butter cookie, omit this step. I admit that sometimes my chocolate sweet tooth gets the best of me and I toss in some dark chocolate chips. Dark chocolate is better for you and I love the contrast with the sweet cookie. Now, this makes delicious diabetic peanut butter cookies! Also, some kids don’t like the crunch, so you can leave out the peanuts and even use creamy peanut butter.
