- 2/3 cup chopped carrots
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 can tomato paste 6-ounce
- 1 can fat-free beef broth 14-ounce
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 in can diced roasted tomatoesjuice 14 1/2-ounce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 cup skim milk

Instructions
- In large nonstick skillet, cook carrots, celery, onion, and garlic and sauté 7 minutes or until tender. Add meat, stirring until brown.
- Add tomato paste, beef broth, red wine, tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Add milk and continue cooking over low heat 20-30 minutes.
