Here’s The Deal About My Arthritis Recipes!
I have a dear friend with Rheumatoid arthritis and I listened to her talk about her issues. My anti inflammatory cookbook packs healthy easy recipes to simplify cooking. Truly, this arthritis cookbook was inspired by my friend who has Rheumatoid Arthritis.
She explained that it is difficult to hold utensils using fine motor skills when the arthritis is painful in her hand and finger joints. Foods that don’t use utensils, like pizza, burgers and sandwiches make it easier to eat. Most importantly, as you can see my arthritis recipes feed everyone!
