Nutritional Nugget: Eggs are known as the “Perfect Protein” since they have the highest biological value—a measure of how well it supports your body's protein needs—of any food. Protein helps to ensure growth, to repair body tissue, and to maintain a healthy immune system. Without enough protein, the body can take longer to recover from illness and you can have a lower resistance to infection.
