Acceso Total on Telemundo invited Chef Zoe and me to appear on a cooking segment. It was exciting to have our first television appearance to launch the Spanish edition of Alimentándose bien durante el cáncer. We appeared in Dallas and we also brought food! Our segment on Acceso Total on Telemundo with the lovely, Adriana Lopez of Acceso Total had good information and fun. I always bring food whenever I do TV and I made the ENSALADA DE POLLO MEXICANO CON ARROZ. That’s Chicken Taco Rice Salad and you can whip up the recipe easily in your home.

I must admit this was my first time on Spanish-language TV and they even gave me an opportunity to speak. Thanks Adriana and I’m so excited to have Chef Zoe on my team!
