Cheesy Burger Dip from Holly Clegg’s trim&TERRIFIC Kitchen 101: Secrets to Cooking Confidence
Satisfying and simple four ingredient quick-fix cheeseburger dip recipe. Serve with chips of choice.
1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1 (16-ounce) jar salsa
1 (8-ounce) package shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese
1. In nonstick pot, cook meat and mushrooms over medium heat 5–7 minutes or until meat done. Drain excess fat.
2. Add salsa and cheese and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
