Whether you are a busy person or a new cook, my healthy easy recipes will guide you through healthy cooking. I use affordable ingredients! Most of the time, my there are less than 10-ingredients. My goal is to provide you with easy delicious healthy options to prepare in less than 30 minutes. After all, we’re all busy!! Who has time to cook healthy meals (besides me)? You will find each recipe also includes a color photo. I prepare the recipes, take the photos and then eat the food. Your recipe will look like mine because I don’t use anything artificial in the photos. Remember, we eat the food after taking the photos.You can depend on my recipe for last minute quick meals as they have all been tested.
