My Easy Meat Sauce Recipe Is A Healthy Meat Sauce and Makes Best Quick Dinner

I specialize in healthy easy recipes that you can make in less than 30 minutes. So, I wanted my healthy meat sauce recipe to be quick. I used fresh vegetables and then combined them with a jar or marinara sauce.  That’s the short cut!  Why is this a healthy meat sauce?  Well, I use ground sirloin which is the leanest cut of meat.  Remember to select leanest cuts of meat and look for those cuts ending in “loin” or “round.”  Then, I tossed in yellow squash and zucchini to pack in more nutrition. Always think about adding extra vegetables to all your recipes to eat healthy.

This easy spaghetti sauce recipe is from the High Calorie-High Protein chapter in the cancer cookbook.
